Job Description

Unilever presently has a job opening for suitably qualified and experienced candidate for position of a Portfolio Marketing Executive in Dubai. This is an Intermediate level full time role. For this position salary ranges from 7000-15000 AED, which may be slightly negotiable during the interview process.

Responsibilities of Portfolio Marketing Executive

  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Assist in building annual portfolio strategies and innovation roadmaps.
  • Lead project networks to launch/relaunch products and innovations.
  • Design and craft exceptional product and packaging experiences, including artwork and claims development.
  • Deliver campaign ideas with agency partners based on the global guidelines.
  • Create Brand Experience Toolkit for cluster innovation and big activation projects.
  • Adapt global Brand Experience Toolkit for Arabia & IO
  • Product: Track quality of top sellers versus brand performance standards and quality benchmarks and identify any issues and/or opportunities.
  • Packaging: Implement the global packaging guidelines and country regulatory requirements on the Aws.
  • Price: Agree strategic pricing based on local and global strategic pricing guidelines.
  • Promotion: Develop with the Trade, Operator, and Digital marketing teams sharp and resonating innovation/renovation campaigns including digital activations
  • Lead Post Launch Evaluation.
  • Manage country portfolio assigned.
  • Forecast and track assigned budget.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and campaign performance to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Manage business cases and coordinate with external agencies and stakeholders.
  • Conduct post-launch evaluations and make recommendations.
  • Follow global guidelines to build and produce selling stories and video selling stories.

Requirements for Role of Portfolio Marketing Executive

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in portfolio and category marketing, preferably within the food industry.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Knowledge of Unilever systems such as Blu and INNOFLEX.
  • Strategic thinking and planning.
