Job Description
Unilever presently has a job opening for suitably qualified and experienced candidate for position of a Portfolio Marketing Executive in Dubai. This is an Intermediate level full time role. For this position salary ranges from 7000-15000 AED, which may be slightly negotiable during the interview process.
Responsibilities of Portfolio Marketing Executive
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist in building annual portfolio strategies and innovation roadmaps.
- Lead project networks to launch/relaunch products and innovations.
- Design and craft exceptional product and packaging experiences, including artwork and claims development.
- Deliver campaign ideas with agency partners based on the global guidelines.
- Create Brand Experience Toolkit for cluster innovation and big activation projects.
- Adapt global Brand Experience Toolkit for Arabia & IO
- Product: Track quality of top sellers versus brand performance standards and quality benchmarks and identify any issues and/or opportunities.
- Packaging: Implement the global packaging guidelines and country regulatory requirements on the Aws.
- Price: Agree strategic pricing based on local and global strategic pricing guidelines.
- Promotion: Develop with the Trade, Operator, and Digital marketing teams sharp and resonating innovation/renovation campaigns including digital activations
- Lead Post Launch Evaluation.
- Manage country portfolio assigned.
- Forecast and track assigned budget.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and campaign performance to provide insights and recommendations.
- Manage business cases and coordinate with external agencies and stakeholders.
- Conduct post-launch evaluations and make recommendations.
- Follow global guidelines to build and produce selling stories and video selling stories.
Requirements for Role of Portfolio Marketing Executive
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in portfolio and category marketing, preferably within the food industry.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Knowledge of Unilever systems such as Blu and INNOFLEX.
