Job Description
CAFU is seeking a knowledgeable and results-oriented Telesales Team Member specializing in battery, oil, and tire services to join their dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will combine sales expertise with knowledge of the automotive industry, ensuring customer needs are met with the best solutions. This is an Entry level full time job. And salary can range between 3000-5000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Telesales Team Member
- Sales & Customer Engagement:
- Make outbound calls to customers to promote CAFU’s battery, oil, and tire services.
- Understand customer requirements related to vehicle maintenance and recommend suitable brands and solutions from our Inspection services
- Effectively handle objections, close sales, and ensure a seamless booking process.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on automotive products, including brands and specifications for batteries, oils, and tires.
- Educate customers about the benefits and features of CAFU’s automotive services.
- Customer Support:
- Provide detailed advice to customers on automotive product compatibility with their vehicle models.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to battery, oil, and tire services.
- Relationship Building:
- Collect feedback and share insights with the team to improve services.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Accurately log customer interactions and sales details in the CRM system.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports with the team leader.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the operations and commercial teams to stay informed about service updates and customer trends.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance sales and automotive knowledge.
Requirements for Role of Telesales Team Member
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in automotive or sales is an advantage.
- 1-2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- In-depth knowledge of automotive products (batteries, oils, and tires) and related brands.
- Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer tools.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure.
- A passion for the automotive industry and customer service.
- Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
