Responsibilities of Quality Control Inspector
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures, documentation, and records.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address and resolve quality issues promptly.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring quality issues.
- Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to uphold quality standards throughout the production cycle.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Return to the process or semi-finished stage for the repair and re-inspection of nonconforming products and unqualified conditions followed by final
- verification in the testing stations to determine acceptability.
- Compile serial number list for goods receipt into main store, maintain filing system for GRN’s, Goods Receipt Notes and Quality Notifications (QN).
- Verify and compare Bill of Materials and kit during kit release, also verify PDI and compare with data pack during production order release.
Requirements of Quality Control Inspector
The eligibility requirements for role of Quality Control Inspector are as under:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma.
- Proven experience of 1-2 years as a Quality Control Inspector.

- Strong understanding of quality control procedures.
- Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards.
- Knowledge and understanding quality control in the engineering industry, including software, electronics and mechanical fields.
