Job Overview of A Nurse Manager NICU
Oversees and manages the NICU, ensuring high quality care for newborns and coordinating nursing staff and resource.
Your Duties As A Nurse Manager NICU
- Delivery of age appropriate patient care in line with the mission, vision and values of the organization.
- Ensure nursing staff adhere to the Professional Code of Conduct and Scope of Practice of the regulatory body.
- Manages clinical and operational activities.
- Provision of clinical care, customer satisfaction and patient safety.
- Leads the Nurses Leadership Team and is responsible for the overall service delivery.
- Adheres to and promotes the Professional Nurses Code of Conduct for Abu Dhabi.
- Promotion of health and delivery of health education.
Who Can Apply?
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in nursing.
Experience
- Not less than 6 years clinical experience in a tertiary healthcare facility.
- Not less than 2 years experience as Senior Charge Nurse / Nurse Manager in Surgical Unit or not less than 3 years in a Charge Nurse / Shift Lead position.
- International accreditation experience.
Certification
- BLS Certification.
License
- Valid license to practice.
