Job Description

Modern Pharmaceutical LLC is seeking an experienced Lab Commercial Lead to join their dynamic team and drive the growth of their laboratory equipment business. This role is pivotal in developing and executing strategic initiatives to expand their market presence and build long-term partnerships with healthcare and diagnostic facilities. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, the Lab Commercial Lead will play a crucial role in enhancing market share for high-quality laboratory equipment. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 10000-20000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Lab Commercial Lead

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand their laboratory equipment market share in the UAE.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with primary healthcare facilities and laboratories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target healthcare organizations.
  • Create and execute strategies for converting prospects into long-term customers.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead customer negotiations and develop tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of solutions.
  • Monitor and report on sales pipeline, market developments, and business performance.
  • Provide regular market intelligence updates and competitor analysis.

Requirements for Role of Lab Commercial Lead

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in laboratory equipment sales, preferably in the UAE market.
  • Experience with clinical laboratory equipment, preferably with Beckman Coulter products.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Proven track record of successfully developing new business and maintaining long-term customer relationships for laboratory equipment.
  • Strong understanding of laboratory operations and healthcare facility requirements.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are highly advantageous.
