Job Description
SME Sales (Retention focus) at CAFU focuses on driving customer loyalty, maintaining long-term relationships, and ensuring consistent revenue growth. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure satisfaction with CAFU’s services. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in customer retention or account management, with a proven track record of achieving revenue and retention KPIs. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 6000-13000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of SME Sales
- Engage and retain existing SME clients by building long-term relationships.
- Monitor client accounts, ensuring consistent use of CAFU’s products and services.
- Develop and execute strategies to prevent churn and improve customer satisfaction.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the client base.
- Prepare and share customer performance insights, focusing on value-added services.
- Ensure timely payment collection and maintain healthy client account cycles.
- Conduct regular follow-ups, account reviews, and feedback sessions with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance service delivery.
Requirements for Role of SME Sales
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in customer retention or account management, with a proven track record of achieving revenue and retention KPIs.
- B2B Experience:Â Proven track record in retention sales or account management.
- CRM Expertise:Â Experience using tools like CRM systems to manage accounts and track retention metrics.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- Customer-Centric Approach:Â Strong ability to build rapport and foster trust with clients.
- Analytical Skills:Â Proficient in generating and interpreting performance reports, highlighting revenue, profitability, and customer engagement trends.
- Problem-Solving Ability:Â Quick in addressing client concerns with effective solutions.
- Industry Knowledge:Â Familiarity with sectors such as logistics, transportation, distribution, construction, and manufacturing is a plus.
