Job Description
Seddiqi Holding is recruiting a Customer Service Executive – UAE National to provide prompt, professional assistance to customers via various communication channels and make outbound calls as needed to support company operations. This is an Entry level full time role. For this position salary ranges from 3000-5000 AED, which may be slightly negotiable during the interview process.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various channels, including calls, emails, faxes, online forms, and SMS, offering professional assistance.
- Manage both outbound and inbound calls while addressing customer queries regarding product availability, pricing, and after-sales support.
- Register and make efforts to resolve customer complaints and gather their suggestions.
- Monitor website and email inquiries to ensure timely responses and compliance with SLAs.
- Acknowledge customer emails, handle voicemails and incoming SMS, and conduct customer satisfaction surveys to collect valuable feedback.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to follow up on open cases, update inquiry statuses, and input collected data into the system during the inquiry handling process.
- Prepare daily reports summarizing pending inquiries, their current statuses, and assigned personnel.
Requirements for Role of Customer Service Executive
- High School Diploma.
- 1-3 years of relevant job experience, including a minimum of 1 year of contact center experience.
