Job Description
Specialist Talent Acquisition at Tabreed will execute the recruitment plans and to lead sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the evolving needs of their organization. This role involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process, building a robust talent pipeline, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a seamless hiring experience. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 10000-20000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Specialist Talent Acquisition
- Recruitment Plans
- Achieve recruitment plans in line with the business needs.
- Assist line managers in formulating short, medium and long term manpower plans and ensure that appropriate forecast is met on an annual basis, in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
- Identify Emiratization needs and work with management to ensure alignment of organizational needs.
- Develop an active pipeline for recurring replacements.
- Assess initiatives that may impact manpower requirements, i.e. level of business operations and turn around time.
- Sourcing and Selection
- Identifies manpower requirements, verifies manpower requisitions, reviews submitted job descriptions and selects the most appropriate channel of recruitment to source candidates.
- Prepares and posts recruitment advertisements on internal and external job portals and coordinates externally with recruitment agencies to ensure all appropriate recruitment channels are activated for a particular open position.
- Interacts with managers to discuss recruitment requests and to understand other contextual and qualitative information of the job.
- Sources candidates, conducts interviews and coordinates with Business Units to set up interviews with line managers for shortlisted candidates.
- Issues employment offers and employment contracts for junior positions in line with Tabreed guidelines and compensation policies.
- Conducts reference checks for candidates and collects required documents for visa processing and employee information filing.
- Manages applicant tracking systems and updates recruitment related reports and assists in analysis to ensure that regular updates and recruitment status is provided to management.
- Emiratization
- Developing a nationalization plan to raise awareness for Tabreed in the marketplace as an employer of choice and attract local talent through career fairs and university programs.
- Implement specific plans for recruiting local graduates/postgraduates from colleges and universities to ensure key local talent is attracted.
Recruitment Reporting
- Prepares all Department/Unit reports accurately in a timely manner as per Department/Unit requirements, policies and procedures.
- Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account leading practices, improvement of processes and productivity improvement.
- Policies & Procedures
- Follows all relevant Department/Unit policies, processes, standard operating procedures. And instructions so that work is carry out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Ensuring the organization adheres to legal frameworks in areas such as discipline & grievance, redundancy, and employment law.
- Health, Safety & Environment
- Ensure compliance to all relevant health, safety, and environmental management policies, procedures and controls. Across the department to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, and a responsible environmental attitude.
Requirements for Role of Specialist Talent Acquisition
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- 3-4 years’ experience in similar function.
