Job Description
Associate People Partner at Chalhoub Group will be responsible for the complete ownership of HR administrative tasks, handling non-critical employee relations and connecting closely with Group HR’s competence center. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 15000-35000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Associate People Partner
- The associate will handle all things around recruitment, onboarding, projects, and admin.
- They will work closely with the People Partner by acting as an additional POC with minor employee relations.
- Part of this role will also include event planning, managing and preparing events.
- Coordination with venues, calendar invites for a smooth process.
- Organizing Townhalls, gathering information, preparing presentations, and ensuring the flow is well structured.
- Work on recruitment and onboarding by supporting recruitment processes, creating induction schedules for new joiners, and launching requisitions.
- Working on Data Analytics for presentations, strategy and budget tasks.
Requirements for Role of Associate People Partner
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3-6 years experience within HR or Creative Marketing.
- Experience within supporting Data Analytics is a plus.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- Able to work in a fast-pace environment.
- Fashion/Luxury background is preferred.
- Great communication and relationship building skills.
- Independent, agile, proactive, and flexible.
