Job Description
Assistant Manager in Retail Operations at Apparel Group will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive support to ensure the efficient operation of the executive office. Candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative tasks, coordinating executive communications, and facilitating strategic initiatives alongside the C-suite leadership team. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 10000-20000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Assistant Manager
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and materials. And facilitate smooth communication and collaboration during executive meetings.
- Communication Management: Act as a gatekeeper for the executive’s email inbox, screening and prioritizing messages, drafting responses, and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with the C-suite leadership team to support strategic initiatives. Providing insights and assistance to drive organizational goals forward.
- Project Management: Manage special projects and initiatives on behalf of the executive office. Overseeing timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
- Decision Support: Conduct research, gather data, and provide analysis to assist the executive in making informed decisions and strategic recommendations.
- Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate corporate events, conferences, and executive retreats. Ensuring seamless execution and a positive experience for attendees.
- Budget Oversight: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, expense reports, and financial documents related to the executive office.
- Professional Representation: Represent the executive office with professionalism and discretion, maintaining a positive image of the company in all interactions.
Requirements for Role of Assistant Manager
- Bachelor’s degree/ Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- 4-6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite level executives in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in managing executive email accounts with the ability to respond effectively and maintain professionalism.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address challenges.
