Job Description

Chalhoub Group is currently looking to hire suitably skilled and devoted candidate for role of Sustainability & Design Trainee in Unit GS, 075, Financial Center Rd, Downtown Dubai, Dubai, UAE. This is an Intermediate level full time role. For this position salary ranges from 6000-13000 AED, which may be slightly negotiable during the interview process.

Responsibilities of Sustainability & Design Trainee

  • Communicating with stakeholders to gather feedback on existing programs, encouraging participation in new initiatives, and monitoring program performance and outcomes.
  • Review & suggest green building material to be utilized in Projects.
  • Developing plans to reduce carbon footprint of the projects in pipeline.
  • Obtain and analyze the scorecard of every project.
  • Facilitate Team wellbeing and bonding.
  • Analyze partner association to be fair, transparent and contribute to growth model.
  • Align company’s sustainability goals with the group.
  • Facilitate with development of guiding principles and Annual sustainability report.
  • Review health & safety measures for the employees and measures for improvement.
  • Facilitate all measures of sustainability & Team wellbeing in other countries.

Requirements for Role of Sustainability & Design Trainee

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Interior Design, Design or relevant.
  • 2 years experience/internship in the field.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

Background in sustainability.
