Job Description

Beside Group is currently looking to hire suitably skilled and devoted candidate for role of a Accountant in Beside FZE. Street N302,Jebel Ali Free Zone North. PO BOX 61237. Dubai, UAE. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 6000-12000 AED/month.

Responsibilities

  • Taxation and compliance
  • Verifying VAT invoices to assist SA in preparing VAT,WHT monthly/Quarterly returns.
  • Aware of the latest updates on changes in GCC/Local VAT and CT laws.
  • Assist and liaising with teams, auditors, and consultants to prepare CT/IT returns
  • Assist SA to maintain TAX records and plan VAT and Taxes returns, payments on time.
  • Assist SA to prepare forecast of tax payment for management
  • Accounting and Reconciliation
  • Responsible for checking daily E-com sales via cash, credit, other channels etc. against available reports in order to ensure that sales are registered correctly.
  • Responsible for posting collection entries in the ERP system after approval to correct erroneous transactions.
  • Verify and process E-com customers refunds
  • Verifying, accounting approved LPOs and payment processing – E-com related invoices
  • Accounting of Loyalty points issued and expired along with slush funds accounting.
  • Account Finalization & Audit
  • Assist the Senior Accountant in periodical closing of the books of accounts in order to meet generate timely financial reports.
  • Assist the Senior Accountant in preparing financial reports in order to meet the audit requirements.
  • Assist the Senior Accountant in generating various management reports in order to meet the requirements of business.

Requirements for Role of Accountant

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in accounting or related fields.
