Duties Of Cost Control Coordinator
- Assist in preparation of monthly internal and client cost reports.
- Work with Sr. Engineer – Cost Control to ensure that systems meet project need and reporting requirement.
- Assist in compilation of the functional budgets, implementation and maintenance of the cost control System and cost reporting.
- Interface with cost control teams for project follow-up and reporting.
- Assist in raising invoices & updating systems.
- Assist in preparation of proposal cash flow.
- Maintain current cost control database.
- Support Cost Control Manager on ad-hoc assignments.
- Carry out other related duties as advised by the supervisor.
- Assist in preparation of Monthly invoices to client.
- Responsible in maintaining Petrofac HSSE Policies, Life Saving Rules & Standards and perform assigned tasks and duties in accordance with instructions, safety rules/procedures, regulations and codes of practice.
Eligibility Requirements
The eligibility requirements for the role of Cost Control Coordinator are as under:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years cost control experience in Oil and Gas industry.
