Job Description
Marina Home Interiors is presently hiring qualified candidates for the job role of a Executive Delivery Operations (Planning & Dispatch) in Dubai. This is an Intermediate level full time role. For this position salary ranges from 6000-12000 AED, which may be slightly negotiable during the interview process.
Responsibilities of Executive Delivery Operations
- Order Planning: Efficiently plan delivery orders based on urgency and specific delivery requirements, including tracker calling and managing customer expectations.
- Timely Dispatch: Ensure the timely dispatch of all delivery orders.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of deliveries and other SOP-related documentation.
- Driver Communication: Keep open communication with drivers regarding any changes or updates to delivery instructions.
- Customer Service: Proactively handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of delivery teams and provide feedback to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Issue Resolution: Coordinate with relevant departments and team members to resolve any delivery-related issues and ensure optimal customer service, both internally and externally.
- Concept Familiarity: Be familiar with FIFO, LIFO, KRA, KPI, and SLA concepts.
- Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as required under the Executive – Delivery Operations (Planning & Dispatch) job profile.
Requirements for Role of Executive Delivery Operations
- Graduate. Additional SCM certifications or education is a plus.
- 2 years experience in delivery operations or dispatch roles is not mandatory.
- Candidates with customer service experience (BOH or FOH) will also be considered.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- Skills: Strong organizational and prioritizing skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in both English and Hindi is mandatory.
- Technical Proficiency: Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with WMS and/or DMS is a plus.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a multicultural environment and flexibility to work as per business requirements.
