Job Description

Salesforce Effectiveness IT Lead at Transmed will be responsible of delivering and supporting the Transmed business sales and fields merchandising product portfolio. The technical Product Line will work at the intersection of business and technology combining a deep understanding of business objectives, challenges, with technology solutions and extending them into development execution, value realization and ongoing product management. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 15000-35000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Salesforce Effectiveness IT Lead

  • To be responsible for implementing enterprise business solutions and systems with focus and knowledge in the FMCG industry.
  • Drive successful implementation, adoption and utilization of the systems across different departments and teams within or outside the organization.
  • Coordinates with various stakeholders to ensure adherence to projects deliverables and milestones.
  • Collaborates with key business partners and relevant stakeholders to identify and articulate the business needs. And requirements and translates that into actionable plans, business digital solutions, IT systems, features and configurations.
  • Collaborates closely with IT teams, external partners and system integrators to implement, customize and integrate the business solutions with existing business models, processes, tools and technology capabilities. Takes charge of the change management efforts, including awareness and training activities, communication plans, and business value. Ensures employees adoption and the necessary skills for effective business solutions and systems use across the organization.
  • Responsible for business solutions quality assurance, working closely with business and IT stakeholders ensuring the accuracy and integrity of systems and data. Helps support the business solutions analytics capabilities to derive business insights, actionable metrics, and identify areas for business improvements and customer relationship management. Provides the needed support, tracks and resolves implementation and systems issues, and liaises with IT and business stakeholders to optimize the business solutions based on user’s feedback and changing business needs.
  • The Salesforce Effectiveness IT Lead handles the analysis, development progress, implementation of business solutions and systems with strong project management, communication, analytical skills and collaboration with business and cross-functional teams to maximize the business value derived from enterprise solutions and systems.

What you will do more

  • Identify and recommend IT applications and solutions features based on business value.
  • Develop awareness and understanding of external trends and insights related to sales and fields merchandising processes and relevant Transmed business IT technologies.
  • Shape and help define the expected value impact of technology sales and fields merchandising investments across customers and suppliers experience, operational excellence and efficiency.
  • Act as trusted advisor to senior sales, fields and technology leadership across all lifecycles of technology application and solutions.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for sales and fields Transmed business IT enterprise applications and solutions.
  • Incorporate an approach that starts with validating expected business impact, agile principles, end to end business process optimizations.
  • Understand and translate business needs faced by the sales and fields merchandising teams into a value case and comprehensive set of technological solutions, data, process, and users experience.
  • Partner with business to ensure applications are oriented to business growth, user-friendly, reliable systems and excellence in support operations.
  • Partnering with sales and fields leadership and IT architecture team to define and map the architecture and role of systems and processes within the overall IT business landscape and capabilities.
  • Estimate applications development efforts levels and resources to prioritize requirements.
  • Ensure applications and solutions development activities adhere to the highest standards of user experience, documentation, quality, security, and compliance requirements.
  • Assesses and enhances high availability and disaster recovery plans in order to ensure IT solutions, systems and services continuity.
  • Designs and develops training programs for business and IT ensuring consistent knowledge transfer.
  • Perform other relevant duties as required by the Transmed business needs and priorities.

Requirements for Role of Salesforce Effectiveness IT Lead

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Computer, Computer Science, Information Systems, master degree is preferred.
  • Industry-recognized certifications, such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Salesforce certifications. Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified Agile Project Manager (IAPM), Certified Software Project Manager (CSPM).
  • 5+ years of working experience in an IT enterprise applications development and support environment.
  • IT experience in FMCG Business Applications with deep understanding of business processes.
  • Experience in an IT enterprise applications and business solutions, with a track record of successfully leading related IT programs and initiatives.
  • Experience with UX/UI, user-centered design, and prototyping.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the Consumer Goods / Food Service industry

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Strong expertise in product management methodologies, frameworks and tools
  • Technical expertise in applications and technology solutions supporting business processes including Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Opportunity and lead management, customer data management, sales automation, budget and funds management. Omnichannel pricing and discount management, trade promotion management. Field merchandising and image capture, rebate management, commercial agreement, deployment plan. Customer service and support, workflow automation, mobile accessibility.
  • Designing and Developing queries on Oracle & Microsoft SQL.
  • Oversee quality testing and users’ acceptance.
  • Responsible for delivering high quality working software.
  • Strong project management knowledge of methodologies like Agile or Scrum and practical application, proven track records of delivery in complex, fast changing environment.
    Drives planning, execution and manages the resources, schedule, financials scope of business solutions.
  • Change Management: Ability to manage a constantly and rapidly changing business environment.
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills, conveying complex IT enterprise concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ability to promote the business value of IT enterprise applications, business solutions, standards and framework.
