Job Description
GMG is a global well-being company retailing, distributing and manufacturing a portfolio of leading international and home-grown brands across sport, food and health sectors. Currently they are looking to hire a candidate for the job role of a Administration Assistant in GMG Building, Umm Hurair Rd, Oud Metha, Dubai, UAE. This is an Entry level full time job. And salary can range between 4000-6000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Administration Assistant
- Monitor and track sales leads.
- Handle all documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and administrative procedures.
- Follow up with clients regarding quotation statuses.
- Oversee document compilation.
- Collaborate directly with the Sales Manager and execute tasks as instructed.
Requirements for Role of Administration Assistant
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination or other administrative roles is an advantage.
- Experience in a call centre environment is a bonus.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- Proficiency in computer applications, especially Excel and VLOOKUP.
- Fluent in English.
- Organized, responsible, and adept at problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Team-oriented with a keen sense of dedication.
- Ability to perform efficiently under pressure.
