Job Description

GMG is a global well-being company retailing, distributing and manufacturing a portfolio of leading international and home-grown brands across sport, food and health sectors. Currently they are looking to hire a candidate for the job role of a Administration Assistant in GMG Building, Umm Hurair Rd, Oud Metha, Dubai, UAE. This is an Entry level full time job. And salary can range between 4000-6000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Administration Assistant

  • Monitor and track sales leads.
  • Handle all documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and administrative procedures.
  • Follow up with clients regarding quotation statuses.
  • Oversee document compilation.
  • Collaborate directly with the Sales Manager and execute tasks as instructed.

Requirements for Role of Administration Assistant

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination or other administrative roles is an advantage.
  • Experience in a call centre environment is a bonus.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Proficiency in computer applications, especially Excel and VLOOKUP.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Organized, responsible, and adept at problem-solving.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Team-oriented with a keen sense of dedication.
  • Ability to perform efficiently under pressure.
