Responsibilities of Key Account Manager
- Service quality need to be consistent for all the brands across 7 emirates where present.
- Maintain continuous business relationship with clients/ restaurants.
- Provide excellent service and support in order to build strong relationship and resolving operational issues between clients/ restaurant and company.
- Optimize the restaurant content (MOA, Delivery time).
- Maintain regular relationships with various stakeholders from the brand.
- Provide quarterly reviews to partners to showcase the areas of growth and areas of potential improvement.
- Provide and maintain high service levels to the brands to ensure a seamless experience to both customers and partners.
- Work internally with the various departments.
- Update and maintain a track record of all activities related to the brand on SalesForce.
Eligibility Requirements
The eligibility requirements for the role of Key Account Manager as under:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years full time professional experience in related field.
- Previous experience working in an e-commerce or FMCG company is a plus.
