Pharmalink Drug Store is looking to hire a candidate for the job role of a HUB Coordinator in 27th St, Al Quoz, Al Quoz Industrial Area 3, Dubai, AE. This is an Entry level full time job. And salary can range between 5000-9000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of HUB Coordinator

• Oversee and maintain accurate inventory of medications, ensuring proper storage and labeling.
• Receive, review, and accurately process medication orders from online platforms.
• Manage the receipt and processing of electronic prescriptions (ERX).
• Oversee logistics and coordination of fleet operations for timely delivery and pickup.
• Offer detailed information on medication uses, side effects, and interactions to customers.
• Address and resolve issues or discrepancies related to online orders.
• Ensure necessary approvals are obtained and manage the approval process.

Requirements for Role of HUB Coordinator

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 Years of UAE Experience: Proven experience working within the UAE for at least two years in a relevant role.
• Experience in Fleet Operations: Knowledge and experience in managing fleet operations, including logistics and coordination.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Comprehensive Knowledge of Medications: In-depth understanding of various medications, including their uses and interactions.
• Expertise in Online Order Processing: Familiarity with receiving and processing orders from online platforms.
• Proficiency in ERX and Approval Processes: Skilled in handling e-prescriptions (ERX), obtaining necessary approvals, and managing the dispensing process.
