Responsibilities of A B2B/B2G Business Development Manager
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with local construction companies and governmental bodies to ensure the success and growth of the business by:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive B2G sales plan aligned with company goals and strategy.
- Ensure a strong relationship with key government decision-makers and influencers to exceed sales targets.
- Responsible for developing proposals and presenting them to the end customer showing the value proposition of your solutions to government entities.
- Represent the brand in major HVAC-related associations.
- Develop a strategic framework that enables products, service offers, and business models to scale quickly to meet each market demand.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance, pipeline development, and market trends.
- Manage the handover of new customers to the sales team for the implementation of the solution.
Eligibility Requirements
The eligibility requirements for role of a B2B/B2G Business Development Manager are as under:
- Bachelor’s degree or post-graduate degree preferably in Marketing or Business Administration.
- 8+ years of experience in B2B/B2G Sales Management.
- Experience in the construction & real estate market or governmental bodies.
Desired Skills
- Accomplished a string of successful high-value government deals closures.
- Fluent in Arabic & English.
- Excellent presentation and training skills (Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel skills are necessary).
- Self-motivated, hard-working, team player with strong analytical skills and business acumen.
