Sales Specialist in Wound Closure at Modern Pharmaceutical LLC will play a critical role in supporting Wound Closure team by driving sales growth. The individual will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, ensuring that products are effectively promoted, and services provided to key customers and stakeholders are maintained at a high level of quality. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 10000-20000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Sales Specialist

• Cover accounts specified by line manager for Wound Closure..
• Collaborate closely with the J&J WC Team to support the promotion of the product portfolio providing the necessary commercial perspective
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to drive sales closure.
• Work alongside the J&J team to gain in-depth knowledge of the products, procedures, and relevant surgical anatomy.
• Achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of the portfolio in the market.
• Regularly gather and analyze market intelligence, alongside competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to inform sales strategies
• Provide excellent service to customers, maintaining a customer-centric approach that leads to long-term relationships and business growth
• Conduct and attend periodic reviews and present reports on sales activities, performance against objectives, and market dynamics to management

Requirements for Role of Sales Specialist

• Bachelor’s degree in medical science or a related field
• Minimum of [2 years] of sales experience, preferably within the medical or healthcare industry of UAE
• Candidate with experience in Surgical & wound closure.
• Prior experience in a medical devices or healthcare-related industry.
