Job Description
Key Account Manager in Critical Care at Modern Pharmaceutical LLC will be responsible for sales and marketing of Critical Care medical equipment in Abu Dhabi and the western region. Excellent client relations, interaction, and communication abilities are required. Responsible for quotations, tender preparation, sales follow-up, negotiations, and other sales operations. Establish, create, and sustain positive business and consumer connections. Maintain working connections with existing clients to ensure great service and explore potential new sales possibilities. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 10000-25000 AED/month.
Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Establishing rapport with their top accounts, ensuring that the product remains the preferred and developing a territory plan to guarantee success and growth.
- Responsible for Account management, Sales targets and day today business activities.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
- Providing high standard sales support and solution driven care to the customers.
- Becoming a product technical and application knowledge authority.
Requirements for Role of Key Account Manager
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent to biomedical or Paramedical science.
- At least 3 years of sales and account management experience with critical care products in UAE
- UAE driving license is a must.
