Principal Manager Moët Hennessy (Maternity Cover) at Maritime and Mercantile International (MMI) will lead the strategy for Moet Hennessy’s full portfolio of brands across all channels in MMI territories. Develop opportunities, maintain a strong partnership with the principal, and ensure the execution of category and brand plans to drive business growth. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 15000-35000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Principal Manager

• Develop and execute annual brand and category plans, aligning them with MMI and principal objectives.
• Foster strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and the principal, ensuring alignment and mutual growth.
• Manage budgets, P&L, and pricing strategies, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are allocated effectively.
• Provide regular performance insights and actionable recommendations based on market trends and competitive analysis.
• Lead and mentor a team of brand managers, ensuring alignment with business objectives and professional development.

Requirements for Role of Principal Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• WSET advanced certificate or equivalent.
• 5-7 years of experience in brand/category management, preferably within the FMCG or luxury goods sectors (alcohol/beverages preferred).
• Proven commercial acumen with experience in managing P&L, budgets, and pricing strategies.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Strong leadership skills with a track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing direct reports.
• Analytical mindset with excellent communication and project management skills.
• Stakeholder engagement expertise with experience managing external partnerships.
• Familiarity with luxury/high-end products.
