Job Description
Affiliate Personal Shopper (Junior Account Lead) in Threads Styling at Chalhoub Group will be facilitating the sale of luxury items to a global clientele by being the first port of call for affiliate client requests. Candidate will effective communicator and exceptional networker with a talent for enticing new clients to the Threads Connect model through passionate and informed conversations. Candidate will build, maintain and develop strong relationships with your affiliate clients in order to provide the most personal luxury shopping experience possible and support growth of their external business through internal business partnerships. This is an Entry level full time job. And salary can range between 4000-8000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Affiliate Personal Shopper
- Talking directly to affiliate clients via chat-based media to receive product requests and confirm sales.
- Hold personal shopping appointments domestically and internationally (if required)
- Connect directly with clients via chat-based media to inspire fashion styling, receive inquiries and sell desired items
- Build and own your own personal affiliate client book through recruitment of new accounts leveraging network events, contacts and social media outreach.
- Analysing business account profiles and implementing strategy at an account level to develop sales year-on-year.
- Identify key industry partnership opportunities and introduce these to Threads as both a supplier and B2B.
- Manage towards annual and monthly sales portfolio targets.
- Researching, sourcing and finding products to satisfy your affiliate Clients requests and needs.
- Building strong relationships with suppliers to gain access to the product.
- Driving margin percentages to maximise business revenue.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the global social media team to identify and maximise sales opportunities.
- Work closely with the internal departments in collaborative way that impact the overall customer journey (brand partnerships, sourcing, creative, dispatch and finance).
- Offer feedback on feedback in a respectful and implementable manner.
- Ambassador:
- Representing the company as a brand ambassador.
Requirements for Role of Affiliate Personal Shopper
- High school diploma.
- 2+ years of experience in Personal Shopping, styling or account management.
- Multi Brand or Freelance Personal Shopping Experience.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- Knowledge in account management at a B2B level.
- Established and loyal long standing client list and transferable relationships.
- An autonomous self-starter who’s always thinking of new ways to tackle challenges and thrives on pressure.
- Social media savvy and confident with learning to use new platforms.
- Motivated by personal sales targets and thrives on exceeding them.
- Extensive product and brand awareness in the luxury goods market.
- Confident using Mac and G-suite (Google docs, Google drive etc)
- Ability to speak multiple languages would be a bonus.
- Knowledge of varying cultures and traditions.
- Flexible with rota/schedule arrangements. Comfortable working on weekends.
