Job Description

NAFFCO presently has a job opening for suitably qualified candidate for position of a Accounts Payable Accountant in Jebel Ali Free zone، South Area، Jebel Ali Free Zone Street, Dubai, AE. This is an Intermediate level full time role. For this position salary ranges from 3500-4500 AED, which may be slightly negotiable during the interview process. Responsibilities of Accounts Payable Accountant

  • Processing and verifying invoices and expense reports.
  • Matching invoices with purchase orders and ensuring accuracy of payment.
  • Preparing and maintaining accounts payable reports and records.
  • Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies.
  • Communicating with vendors regarding invoice and payment inquiries.
  • Preparing and processing electronic payments and checks.

Requirements for Role of Accounts Payable Accountant

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
  • Certifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a plus.
  • Industry of work experience: 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable or similar role.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

Personal qualities: Detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
