Duncan & Ross is presently looking to hire suitably qualified candidate for the role of a Contracts Administrator in Abu Dhabi. The appointed candidate will be responsible for administration functions of pre-qualification, vendor registration and vendor performance processes. Support the procurement team on all contractual administrative tasks and duties as required and liaise directly with Vendors during the pre-qualification process. The role holder will also support members of the supply chain team with general administrative tasks related to correspondence, organizing meetings with the Vendors and completing / archiving the relevant forms. Responsibilities of A Contracts Administrator
- Develop contract proposals to support organizational goals.
- Review contract estimates, including proposed materials, production costs, etc and determine whether they seem reasonable and accurate.
- Ensure that all records are accurate and up to date.
- Write contract letters and other communications and notices.
- Negotiate and approve contract terms while ensuring that projects remain within the established budget.
- Attend meetings to assess progress on projects which are in motion, and take detailed notes to share with stakeholders.
- Create regular status reports regarding progress on projects.
- Analyze contracts to ensure they comply with state and federal laws and regulations.
Eligibility Requirements
The eligibility requirements for role of a Contracts Administrator are as under:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, Law, or a related field.
- Previous 1-2 years of experience in customer service and strong communication skills.
