Job Description
Outdoor Sales Representative at AL Nabooda Automobiles LLC will proactively develop Protech and Tinting sales opportunities with local business customers, and NEW and USED car dealers maximizing the business potential and ensuring that each customer receives excellent customer service, achieving sales targets. Identify customer’s specific commercial requirements and provide solutions that exceed customer’s expectations. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 3000-5000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Outdoor Sales Representative
- Business Development:
- Maximize PROTECH and TINTING opportunities through a pro-active approach to selling the service and product to NEW and Existing customers.
- Implementing the growth strategy on how to generate new customers, penetrate the market and gain financial returns by analyzing the market and customer needs.
- Build rapport with customers and New and Used car dealers to understand their specific requirements and to increase penetration of PROTECH and TINTING sales across the range, Product and service.
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts’ rules and conditions that are in line with the business strategy.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services and distribution channels that will lead to generating new customers and increasing sales.
- Shape and implement a customer strategy to retain and attract customers.
- Execute selling activities, area wise, and segment wise, to win new business and maintain contacts with NEW & existing customers.
- Have a thorough understanding of competitive activity, plans and strategies utilizing this market intelligence to shape local strategy.
- Plan and organize selling activities, area wise, and segment wise, to win new business and maintain contact with existing customers.
- Design and deliver business presentations, proposals and demonstrations to customers, follow up and close deals.
- Operational:
- Develop and maintain a customer database, record all contact requirements and follow up information, ensure that data is kept up to date, use to support direct marketing initiatives.
- Implement quality controls and ‘voice of the customer’ feedback systems (including complaint handling) which enable performance to be managed and reviewed regularly to continuously improve standards and consistency of performance.
- Monitor and evaluate customer needs and competitor activity in the local market, ensuring that campaigns are relevant and targeted.
- Identify and contract with companies to deal with PROTCH AND TINTING for vehicles that meet customer requirements and delivering a unique customer service.
Reports
- Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports to identify sales and marketing activity and performance against sales targets.
- Personal Development:
- Maintain product knowledge of the full range of PROTECH, TINTING, FOILING range and comparable product ranges of its direct competitors.
- Arrange an annual appraisal, with your line manager in accordance with the company’s appraisal process.
Requirements for Role of Outdoor Sales Representative
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years in a sales and marketing environment.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- PROTECH and TINTING or Similar venture.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
