Dautom is actively seeking qualified candidates for the role of a Senior IT Talent Acquisition Specialist in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting IT professionals across various domains such as software engineering, cybersecurity, data science, and infrastructure. The incumbent will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and source, screen and select top talent to fill open positions.
Responsibilities of A Senior IT Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop staffing plans and recruitment strategies.
- Identify and source top IT talent using various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates to build a talent pipeline.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including offer negotiation and closing.
- Ensure compliance with all hiring policies and procedures.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment status and candidate pipeline.
- Participate in the development and implementation of employer branding and marketing initiatives.
- Attend job fairs and industry events to build relationships with potential candidates and promote the company.
Eligibility Requirements
The eligibility requirements for role of a Senior IT Talent Acquisition Specialist are as under:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of sourcing and selecting top IT talent.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
Knowledge & Skills Desired
- Strong understanding of IT domains such as software engineering, cybersecurity, data science, and infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
