Job Description
Copywriter Marketing at Chalhoub Group creates compelling CRM content that boosts customer engagement and strengthens brand loyalty. They ensure all communications are aligned with the brand’s tone and strategy, optimizing content for effectiveness across digital platforms. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 6000-12000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Copywriter Marketing
- Assist in generating commercial copy for Men’s, Women’s, and Kids’ categories.
- Write and manage email copy and web content, ensuring consistency with CRM strategies.
- Create and manage content for emails and social media, aligning with the brand calendar.
- Develop consistent and relevant tone of voice content for the brand website, all digital/social platforms, and retail activations.
- Approve and edit CRM content for both internal and concession communication.
- Main business partner for all eCommerce functions, leading the execution and workflow of digital content for all platforms.
- Support with layout, copy, and tone of voice for all UX/UI across digital platforms.
- Support with the look and feel/tone of voice of all Product Display Pages, Development and Format in Collaboration with UX/UI team and Studio.
- Support Brand Marketing & Communications team with all key external and internal communications copy.
- Support with copy for PR &Marketing in both brand and private label press releases, communication and physical assets.
- Align tone of voice with brand partnerships, merchandising in-store and online; ensuring a 360 look and feel of brand.
- Support in driving the globalization of the brand tone of voice.
- Ensure to stay updated and recommend content based on global trends, commerciality and innovation.
- Monitor competitive tone and messaging to provide insights for CRM content.
- Align with the digital marketing team to ensure SEO optimization and effective use of brand style guides.
- Support the editorial team in executing content strategies across digital platforms and eCommerce functions.
Requirements for Role of Copywriter Marketing
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or a related field.
