Seddiqi Holding is looking for a Senior Human Resources Officer in Umm Al Sheif, Dubai, UAE, who will focused on the luxury retail side of the business where they retail over 60 different brands. Their partners include the likes of Rolex, Messika, Chopard, Aesop, Gentle Monster to name but a few. Provide support to the respective HR Business Partner (HRBP) to ensure effective and efficient HR support, advice, consultation, and guidance is delivered to business unit. The role is responsible to implement initiatives in alignment with Business Unit’s and HC Department’s strategies. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 10000-20000 AED/month.

Requirements for Role of Senior Human Resources Officer

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources / Psychology or closely related discipline.
• Experience in luxury retail or related customer service industry would be an advantage.
• 5+ years experience working in a similar role.

• Strong reporting skills (PowerBI or equivalent).
• Advanced Excel.
• Fluent/Native English – Verbal & Written.
