Job Description
Apparel Group is seeking a proactive and dynamic Assistant Manager in Human Capital to join their team in Dubai. This role will focus on HR Business Partnering to support various departments and brands, aligning human capital strategy with business objectives to drive company performance. The successful candidate will play a key role in recruitment, performance management, stakeholder engagement, and employee relations. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 10000-20000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Assistant Manager
- HR Business Partnering: Collaborate with assigned departments and brands to understand business needs, aligning HR initiatives to support company goals and culture.
- Talent Acquisition & Retention: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring talent alignment with brand requirements and company values. Develop retention strategies to nurture top talent.
- Performance Management: Drive performance review processes, working with department heads to set and evaluate KPIs, provide feedback, and foster employee development.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor for department heads and senior management, providing insights on workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational changes.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Support initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, address employee grievances, and promote a positive work environment.
- Reporting & Analysis: Highlight insights and work on workforce trends, turnover, and other key metrics. Recommend data-driven improvements.
Requirements for Role of Assistant Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience in business partnering within a retail or similar fast-paced environment.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and data analytics.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
