Duties of Assistant Sales Manager
- Identify and research potential clients by proactive outreach through meetings and calls.
- Manage the sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and deals.
- Create tailored sales presentations, effectively communicating value propositions.
- Handle sales negotiations, addressing objections, and closing deals.
- Cultivate relationships with both potential and assigned existing clients and agencies.
- Monitor industry trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports.
- Drive brand-new revenue across brands by creating relationships with new partners and clients.
- Utilize features, topics, events, and products to increase and diversify opportunities for new clients.
KPIs
- Measure impact of meetings/calls on revenue, track successful engagement ratio.
- Consistently meet/exceed revenue targets, monitor monthly performance.
- Evaluate success in acquiring new clients, track revenue share from new accounts.
- Assess deal advancement in sales pipeline, monitor progression through stages.
- Measure time to convert leads into clients, assess sales process efficiency.
Elgibility Requirements
The eligibility requirements for role of Assistant Sales Manager are as under:
- Bachelor’s or associate degree in sales, marketing or related field.
- 1 plus year of experience in similar role.
