The selected candidate will be responsible for providing personalized, high-quality service and assistance to VIP guests to ensure an exceptional and tailored experience.
Responsibilities of Elite Guest Liaison
- Kicking off truly memorable guest experiences with the warmest of welcomes.
- To keep guests happy, you’ll need to actively work with all departments to make sure their every need is met.
- Delivering excellent service every step of the way is key to a satisfying experience for everyone.
- Establishes and develops personal guest contact, promoting feedback and is constantly proactive in anticipating guests’ needs and requirements.
- Actively support Front Office Operations Manager and team.
- Staying one step of guests’ needs to anticipate requests and offer tailored recommendations.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for guests, readily assisting with anything they need, from sorting out bills to recommending the perfect restaurant.
Requirements of Elite Guest Liaison
- Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Administration, Business Administration.
- Minimum 1 year previous experience as a Butler in a 5-star hotel (essential).
Skills & Knowledge Desired
- Communication skills – guests will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments, so you’ll be easy to talk to.
- Your problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities so every guest leaves with great memories.
- Fluency in English language.
