Job Description

Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC) is presently recruiting suitably qualified candidate for the job position of a Site In Charge in Dubai. This job was posted by ENOC on 11 October 2023 and is now open to receive applications from aspirants.

Job Purpose of A Site In Charge

  • Reporting to the RFS, the site in-charge is responsible for the overall operation of the site including all activities and has specific accountability for the performance of the forecourt, convenience store and overall site presentation.
  • A site in – charge is the key representative between the company and the customer and as such is responsible to ensure that the company standards & objectives are met through leading, motivating & developing all staff reporting to him / her.

Job Duties of A Site In Charge

  • Manage the customer service experience by ensuring that employees provide at all time the standard customer service.
  • In addition, dealing with all customer complaints in a professional, courteous, and timely manner and informing the RFS / area manager of any serious or ongoing complaints.
  • Accountable to achieve sales targets and drive financials performances of the site In conjunction with the RFS / area manager.
  • Analyse monthly profit and sales reports for all areas of the business including convenience store and forecourt.
  • Produce action plans to address any areas of financial performance, which require improvement.
  • Conducting nights visits/inspections and report any findings as well as follow up with different departments and come up with action plans.
  • To ensure that sufficient stock of all products is available always to satisfy all customer demands.
  • To ensure that no LTI occurs at the site.

Who Can Apply?

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration or Finance.

Experience

  • 3-5 years of previous proven experience.

Skills Desired

  • Adequate written and verbal communication with English and Arabic.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
