Duties of Tele Sales Representative
- Contacting potential customers.
- Focus on customer needs and use them to close sales.
- Documenting customer information and purchases and answer questions asked by potential customers.
- Present and promote range of products/services to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients through effective communication and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Success ratio, offering the right products to the customers.
- Ensure to meet the calls target set for the day.
Eligiblity Criteria
Following is the selection criteria for the role of Tele Sales Representative at alpha Health Group:
- Higher diploma
- Minimum 1 Year of experience.
- DOH/MOH/DHA License or DHA Eligibility.
Job Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and/or Arabic.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
