Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank is presently hiring suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the job role of Senior Contracts Specialist. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all contract related activities, ensuring compliance with legal and Islamic banking standards, and facilitating effective contractual negotiations and agreements.
Responsibilities of Senior Contracts Specialist
- Responsible to work with buyers, category managers and business units.
- Responsible to work with suppliers.
- Provide best practices around SAP Ariba.
- Responsible to carry out online/onsite training and coaching to end users and technical team .
- Comfortable documenting all changes proposed and made in Ariba and updating control documents, plus communicating to all impacted stakeholders.
- Loading trouble shooting catalog files into the SAP Ariba p2p system.
- Strong proficiency with transactional purchasing systems catalogs and formats .
- Responsible for maintenance of catalogues within the P2P systems with regular system check.
- Responsible for preparation and regular update of training manual/FAQ’s.
Requirements of Senior Contracts Specialist
- Bachelors degree in relevant field like finance, business administration or in economics.
- Must have minimum 5 years of experience in supporting SAP ARIBA P2P solution which includes Contract Management solution ,Sourcing, Supplier Performance and information management.
- Good experience in generating reports to enable data driven decision.
- Must have experience of at least one ERP (SAP/Oracle) specific to Supply chain
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- Good understanding of the entire SAP Ariba suite ( Ariba Buying, SIPM, Sourcing, eInvoicing, Contracts, etc.)
- Maintain desired certificates in Ariba.
- Must have good understanding of the procurement process and supplier management, also have working knowledge of sourcing and selection process of supplier.
- Monitoring and reporting Monitors procurement contractual agreements.
- Must possess Strong Analytical skills and should be able to perform RCA’s and propose permanent fix for issues related to contract management, Sourcing,P2P.
- Broad knowledge of spend management strategies and/or procurement, sourcing, contract management category management and supplier performance & information management.
- Support all stakeholders including suppliers, buyers and business units.
