EDGE Group is actively hiring qualified experienced candidate for the job role of a Psychology Researcher. The selected candidate will ensure that they establish evidence-based assessments that form a key component of team development action plans, which aim to improve organizational effectiveness and performance for clients.
Responsibilities of Psychology Researcher
- Identify and obtain the best evidence based, accessible measures (self, 180 and 360) in positive psychology focusing on positive traits, states and behaviors, including self-esteem, self-efficacy, optimism and hope, and achievement motivation.
- Record the information a research database.
- Identify and obtain leadership 180/360 assessments such as Leader Member Exchange assessments that can complement the positive psychological measurements.
- Record the information a research database.
- Identify and obtain up-to-date performance psychology assessments from fields such as sport and neurology, such as circadian rhythm assessments that will inform and complement the HPC vision, mission and objectives.
- Identify the most suitable software platform, either in house or available on the commercial market, that will help us trial and present the assessment to clients and easily collect data to ensure it converts into reports that can be used for practical action planning, development purposes.
- Formulate reports from the assessments that meet the vision, mission and objectives of the HPC initiative.
Eligibility Requirements
The eligibility requirements for role of Psychology Researcher are as under:
- Post Graduate in Psychology.
- Experience researching peer reviewed academic work, recording information a research database, building surveys and/or questionnaires, collecting and interpreting statistical data.
