Transguard Group presently has a job opening for qualified and experienced candidate for the position of a Senior Administrative Assistant in Abu Dhabi. This job has recently been posted by company’s career page and is now open for all desirous applicants.
Duties of Senior Administrative Assistant
- Support the Head of Office in day-to-day general office management, including HR-related matters, budget and cost management, safety and facilities, records and information management, IT support, procurement, and contract management.
- Support the staff in relocating to and out of the Hub, managing matters related to travel, visas, medical services, housing, children’s education, partner employment, etc.
- Assist the Head of Office in hiring and managing personnel outsourcing services at the Hub, overseeing the work performance and supervision of the outsourced staff.
- Support the monitoring of the implementation of procedures at the Hub to ensure compliance with policies of the Headquarters, keeping track of required actions and respective deadlines.
- Support the Head of Office in liaising with relevant stakeholders on behalf of the Hub.
- Liaise with relevant Business Units at the Headquarters for Hub-related issues to ensure the business at the Hub operates with the highest integrity and efficiency.
- Assist the Head of Office in consolidating, coordinating, and preparing reports.
- Support and coordinate team-building and internal seminar events.
- Perform various other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Office.
Eligibility Requirements
The eligibility requirements for role of a Senior Administrative Assistant are as under:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in related fields from a reputable university.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in office management, HR, or administrative roles in international or financial institutions.
- Proven experience with MS Office Applications is a must.
Skills & Knowledge Desired
- Proficient in using office management and HR systems.
- Strong proficiency in both oral and written English.
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage diverse tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder liaison.
