Job Description

NMC Healthcare currently looking to hire a candidate for the job role of Marketing Executive in Royal Womens Hospital, Abu Dhabi, AE. This is an Executive level full time role. For this position salary ranges from 7000-15000 AED, which may be slightly negotiable during the interview process.

Responsibilities of Marketing Executive

  • Protect the exclusive value of the current customer experience and create new ways to add value to current customers and attract prospective customers, particularly in scalable ways, such as leveraging technology and connection with others in the community.
  • Leverage agency relationships to optimize exposure of the company and products in all media channels through innovative marketing.
  • Be a credible, articulate company spokesperson and ensure effective multi-modal communication to engage their external communities regarding their products.
  • Understand the distinct needs of internal stakeholders, including consumer, commercial, and wealth management.
  • Ability to interface with IT and Operations to ensure the execution of ideas.
  • Attend to, manage, and resolve patient complaints to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
  • Actively participate in the JCI accreditation project.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulatory agencies and accrediting bodies.
  • Develop new business strategies to enhance market share and improve overall performance.
  • Work through the management team and medical leadership of the hospital, serving as a resource to help reduce costs, enhance revenues, achieve effective utilization and quality goals and objectives, and analyze and utilize information to develop and support management decisions.
  • Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein, as may be assigned or delegated.

Requirements for Role of Marketing Executive

  • Master’s degree from a recognized university (preferably in Marketing Management).
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a hospital setup.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Excellent command of oral and written English. Knowledge of Arabic is desirable.
  • Achievement of core objectives in line with the expectations of management and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work constructively and interact professionally with others.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, adjust to changing priorities, and work within deadlines.
  • Ability to attend meetings outside of normal business hours.
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Possess a “can-do” and flexible approach.
  • Ability to demonstrate highly developed communication and organizational skills at all levels.
  • Ability to provide compassionate care that is respectful of patient preferences.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and in a team within a complex clinical setting.
  • Demonstrates knowledge and practice of confidentiality policy.
