Responsibilities of Business Development Clerk
- Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects through detailed market research.
- Writing Proposals, Bids, RFT/RFP.
- Work closely with Senior Management to design and execute pre-agreed strategies built around developing new business growth.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Open business development dialogs with strategic customers, targeting both government and semi-government entities.
- Financial planning, marketing, strategy development, and implementation. Identify and attend trade shows and other business functions to keep abreast of developments in the marketplace, find potential new businesses, and market the company’s end-to-end solutions.
- Networking, presenting, and public speaking.
Qualifications
Following is the eligibility criteria for the role of Business Development Clerk at Al Zahra Hospital Dubai :
- Degree/Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or in any discipline.
- 1-2 years of sales/business development experience (healthcare, manpower recruitment, digital marketing).
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in English communication.
- Strong Proposal writing skills with Experience in preparing Bids, RFT/ RFPs.
- UAE market knowledge.
- Strong client relationship management and development aptitude.
- Possess professional presentation skills.
- Ability to facilitate and orchestrate resources cross-functionally to support sales efforts.
- Bring an entrepreneurial approach to all initiatives.
- Proven ability to work independently.
