Job Description

The Delivery Supervisor at GMG will oversee the daily operations of their delivery team, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to their customers. This position requires excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 6000-12000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Delivery Supervisor

  • Manage and supervise the delivery team to ensure efficient delivery operations.
  • Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to streamline delivery processes.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during delivery operations.
  • Monitor and resolve delivery issues and customer queries promptly.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training to delivery staff.
  • Maintain records and reports related to delivery operations.

Requirements for Role of Delivery Supervisor

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 2 years experience in a supervisory role within a delivery or logistics environment.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with delivery management software and tools.
