Job Description

Jil Sander (brand linked to Chalhoub Group) is actively seeking experienced and qualified individual to take on the role of Fashion Consultant in Mall of the Emirates, Sheikh Zayed Rd, Al Barsha, Al Barsha 1, Dubai, AE. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 7000-15000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Fashion Consultant

Customer Service & Sales:
Deliver a personalized and high-touch customer experience that reflects the values of the Jil Sander brand.
Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert advice on products and styling.
Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets by converting client needs into successful sales.
Develop a deep understanding of the brand’s collections, materials, and craftsmanship to provide product knowledge to clients.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive loyalty and repeat business.
Utilize the store’s CRM system to manage client information, preferences, and purchase history, ensuring consistent follow-up and personalized service.
Proactively reach out to clients regarding new collections, product launches, and special events.
Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation:
Assist with maintaining the store’s visual presentation, ensuring that products are displayed in accordance with brand guidelines.
Ensure the store is always tidy, well-organized, and fully stocked with merchandise.
Operational Support:
Support the team with daily store operations, including stock management, cash handling, and maintaining accurate records of sales.
Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

Requirements for Role of Fashion Consultant

A bachelor’s degree in fashion design, fashion merchandising, marketing, or a related field.
2 years of experience in a luxury retail environment, preferably within fashion.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

Strong English communication skills
Clienteling and CRM database
Passionate and knowledgeable about styling is mandatory. Deep understanding of luxury products and trends.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with customers.
Results-driven and motivated by exceeding sales goals.
