Responsibilities of A Stakeholder Management Admin
- Organizing diary.
- Scheduling internal or external meetings for team members with different departments via phone and emails.
- Help team members fulfill their requirements and requests and with external clients.
- Coordinate for conferences, invitations confirmations and liaising with our clients and government agencies.
- Translation (Arabic / English).
- Preparing draft letters for submission.
Eligibility Requirements
The eligibility requirements for role of Stakeholder Management Admin are as under:
- Bachelors’ degree.
- post graduate experience (not required).
Desired Skills
- Able to deal with authorities within Abu Dhabi Emirate.
- Fluency in written and verbal communication (English and Arabic).
- Have strong communication qualities.
- Good time management ability and competence in prioritizing tasks and workload.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office software. Ability to use MS Teams preferable.
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels including external stakeholders.
- Able to visit different authorities (if required).
- Developed interpersonal skills, such as high competency in listening and communicating.
- High attention to detail and eye for excellence.
- Good communication skills, oral and written, including presentation competency.
- A team player with strong ability to work with little or no supervision.
