Responsibilities of Public Area Supervisor
- Reports directly to the Public Area Housekeeping Manager.
- Ensures that the Team assigned to the desired section embodies the ‘FIVE-Star’ Grooming Standards set by the FIVE.
- Enforces Strict Compliance with Impeccable Hygiene and cleaning practices, Elevating the maintenance of FIVE’s public areas to an Exquisite Level.
- Effectively allocates and supervises tasks within his/her section.
- Takes ownership of the upkeep, inventory, and maintenance of all Public Area machinery, equipment, and bespoke cleaning tools, reflecting FIVE’s Unwavering Commitment to Next-Level Quality.
- Maintains an optimum stock of supplies, cleaning materials, and tools to enable smooth and Seamless Operations.
- Ensures that all surfaces, flooring, and furnishings exude a Sensational Appearance, free from any signs of repair or maintenance.
- Develops schedules and supervises Deep Cleaning Projects and other First-in-Class initiatives.
- Promptly Reports all maintenance defects and diligently follows up with the Engineering Team, embracing a Proactive Approach to problem-solving.
- Maintains the Exquisite condition of all floral arrangements and decorations, contributing to the Insta-worthy Ambiance at FIVE.
- Ensures timely completion of assigned tasks, infusing every project with the famed ‘Vibe at FIVE.’
- Fosters Strict Compliance with all company schedules, processes, and industry-leading practices.
- Meticulously records data, performs accurate data entry, and maintains organised checklists.
- Leads comprehensive Training Sessions for public area attendants, nurturing their skills in a transformative manner.
- Provides constructive feedback on FIVE group Member Performance, promptly reporting any disciplinary issues to the Housekeeping Manager.
Requirements of Public Area Supervisor
The requirements of Public Area Supervisor are as under:
- Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field.
- Previous experience of 2-3 years in a Luxury Hotel environment is a plus.

- Computer literacy, with a mastery of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensuring every aspect of the operation is curated to perfection.
