Responsibilities of Marketing Manager
- Execute and periodically adjust comprehensive marketing strategies and programs in support of J Club operations, managing all marketing activities within designated budgets.
- Prepare sound J Club marketing plans with relevant buy in from all stakeholders through strategic integrated marketing and branding strategies.
- Build J Club website and other social media platform (Facebook and IG account, LinkedIn, Mobile J Club App) and ensure content for the relevant areas of responsibility are fully updated without any errors on the postings.
- Manage agency relationships from the perspective of advertising, graphic design, printing, promotional events and media, in an effort that these partners fully understand and maximize the value of the individual J Club brands.
- Set a monthly Event across the 3 clubs or even on other premises to enhance brand awareness and members experience.
- Create a Benefits Brand Catalogue for all J Club partners, adding value to our memberships, including 3rd Parties.
- Design and development of marketing materials for all J Club operations with final sign off by the Director of Health & Fitness.
- Ensure that Public Relations potential for J Club is fully maximised through Corporate Communications.
- Implement online and offline J Club initiatives with key stakeholders including DH verticals, which achieve performance of lead measures and which measurably increase revenue, loyalty and quality scores.
- Improve the marketing efficiency ratio, ROI and ROE, for J Club marketing activities and establish campaigns which measure success / failure / leads conversion and needed action plan to improve ratios.
Requirements of Marketing Manager
The requirements of Marketing Manager are as under:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in 5 luxury previous gym branding.
Skills Desired
- Proficient in spoken and written business English.
- Additional language preferred ( Arabic/French/Italian/Spanish/Chinese)
- Effective communication skills with all levels of colleagues and management at all levels.
