Job Description
NAFFCO is presently hiring a Purchase & Logistics Coordinator to join their team in Jebel Ali Free zone، South Area، Jebel Ali Free Zone Street, Dubai, UAE. Candidate with Graduation and experience in Supply Chain Management can apply for this vacancy. There are no Nationality or Gender restrictions, both male & female can apply for the job. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 3000-3500 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Purchase & Logistics Coordinator
- Follow up on PO, update in the system.
- Follow up on payment.
- Arrange courier shipments by making comparison.
- Other Assigned task by HOD.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the purchase and logistics process.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Analyze market trends and negotiate pricing with suppliers to optimize costs.
- Create and maintain purchase orders, invoices and shipping documents.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast future demand to prevent stockouts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Resolve any issues or delays in the supply chain to minimize disruptions.
- Implement and maintain efficient logistics strategies to improve overall efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements for shipments.
- Provide regular reports and updates on purchase and logistics activities to management.
Requirements for Role of Purchase & Logistics Coordinator
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- Fluency in English/Hindi and additional languages is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
