Job Description

DAMAC Group is seeking to hire a candidate for the job role of a Senior Internal Auditor in Operational Audit in DAMAC Executive Heights, TECOM, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, PO Box 2195 Dubai, UAE. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 10000-20000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Senior Internal Auditor

  • Perform planned operational audits of areas under scope of work and ensure adherence to the Operations Audit Charter.
  • Coordinate with different functional teams to obtain requisite information/ process understanding and conclude fieldwork.
  • Identify operational risks/ gaps and document sound recommendations.
  • Ensure implementation of recommendations and submit the Action taken status.
  • Structure and write reports and presentations.
  • Maintain meticulous working papers including RCM, Work program, Testing / working documents, reports etc.

Requirements for Role of Senior Internal Auditor

  • CA and/or MBA, CIA/CFE (would be advantageous).
  • Candidate should possess previous experience in the field of Internal and Operational Audits (preferably of Real Estate companies).
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years’ relevant experience.
  • Experience in working with SQL/Python will be an advantage.
  • Experience with Azure.
  • Knowledge & experience working with PowerBI is non-negotiable in this role.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Advanced Excel & Power point Skills.
  • Knowledge of different business functions and operational requirements in a Real Estate business.
  • Hands on knowledge of Sales Force, Oracle, and other business intelligence tools etc. (preferable).
  • Excellent report writing, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with problem solving capabilities for providing risk mitigating recommendations.
