Job Description

Tryano & SAKS (brand linked to Chalhoub Group) in Unit GS, 075, Financial Center Rd, Downtown Dubai, Dubai, UAE is looking for ambitious Buying Trainee students and graduates from a wide range of backgrounds for their professional internship programs. Candidate will up-skill in the everyday and experience working as a valued member of the team in candidate will be empowered to innovate, develop and learn in a fun and supportive environment. This is an Entry level full time job. And salary can range between 5000-10000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Buying Trainee

  • Maintain all information relating to seasonal buy including product information and order confirmation along with open to buy management tracking as applicable.
  • Support the Buyers by regularly visiting competitors to provide market intelligence to the Buying team.
  • Support the Buying team by ensuring ‘who, what and when’ are collated from milestones meetings including Hindsight, Trade, and SWOT analysis.
  • Ensure completion of competitive pricing analysis and store visit actions.
  • Assist the Buying team with weekly reporting and VIC requests
  • Manage RTV and the process in collaboration with Supply Chain
  • Ensure all necessary records, files, and databases are maintain accurately and updated in a timely manner including collation of information (Buying calendar, exclusive product tracker…)
  • Conduct product validation to support Buying and cross-functional teams for PR and marketing campaigns, look books, and Social media imagery

Requirements for Role of Buying Trainee

  • Graduate in Fashion Design, Marketing or Business.
  • Fresh candidates can also apply.
