Job Description
Regional Manager Cargo (Europe, Russia & CIS) at Flydubai in ENI Sapphire Tower Office number 6, Al Ittihad Road. Port Saeed, Deira Dubai, UAE will oversee the commercial strategic and tactical planning, as well as the overall performance of the Cargo Division within the designated region (Europe, Russia and CIS Countries) ensuring adherence to flydubai standards. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 15000-25000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Regional Manager Cargo
- Develops and implements regional commercial strategies aligned with the overall goals of flydubai Cargo to enhance market share.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships directly with key cargo partners and customers, effectively addressing customer concerns and complains to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Represents flydubai Cargo on a national and international level with high standards, attending events, developing partnerships to support flydubai’s business objectives, and travel extensively to achieve the objectives and targets as required.
- Leads and oversees the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure objectives and targets are met.
- Monitors current market conditions and economic trends and their impact on the cargo industry, designing sales strategies, anticipate changing trends and proactively implement adjustments to existing business to mitigate the risk and maintaining the benefits of flydubai.
- Manages an efficient and cost-effective resource strategy while strengthening market position, drive the development of a high-performance culture across the business and inspire the team towards a shared vision.
- Plans and fulfils the audit requirements (Internal / External / Government), negotiating and solving payment and billing disputes with distributor and maintain timely payments.
- Monitors the performance of distributors and identifies potential alternate distributors for evaluation.
- Initiates, develops and monitors interline cooperation to increase capacity and increase the network of flydubai cargo.
- Monitors the competitors’ activities to take proactive action for the benefit of flydubai Cargo.
- Identifies additional revenue opportunities such as freighters, charters, part charters and value-added services.
- Collaborates with multinational and respective to submitting Request for Proposal (RFP)/ Request for Quotation (RFQ) to generate regular business. Identify regional tendering opportunities such as the Red Cross, Red Crescent, UN bodies etc.
- Leverages business growth opportunities with the Emirates partnership., maximizing potential with flydubai Cargo.
Requirements for Role of Regional Manager Cargo
- Bachelor’s Degree (3+ years) in Supply Chain or Aviation.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Aviation.
