Job Description

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a fast pace and varied department. As Studio Assistant Trainee at Chalhoub Group in Unit GS, 075, Financial Center Rd, Downtown Dubai, Dubai, UAE, candidate will support with the day-to-day running of a busy photo studio, providing administrative support across a number of fields. Job holders’ responsibilities will span a wide range of areas from shoot production support, invoice management, to supporting on photoshoots. This is an Entry level full time job. And salary can range between 4000-6000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Studio Assistant Trainee

  • Provide administrative support to the Studio Production Team.
  • Assist photography team in setting up and organizing equipment when required.
  • Support stock & styling teams prior & during shoots or projects as needed.
  • Prepare and maintain studio spaces, ensuring they are clean, tidy, and ready for use.
  • Support studio teams with additional ad-hoc tasks as required.
  • Support with the uploading of imagery to external platforms inline with deadlines.

Requirements for Role of Studio Assistant Trainee

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of experience with studio operations.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • An enthusiastic interest and/or background within the industry.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • The ability to multi-task in a pressured environment, with excellent attention to detail.
  • A slick communicator who can liaise across departments internally, and externally.

  • A professional manner and the confidence to communicate effectively.
  • Computer literacy within Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
