Job Description

IIQAF Groups is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant who will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and organized operations at IIQAF. This individual should have excellent communication and organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and can work well in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will also have a passion for Islamic economics and finance and be eager to learn and grow with the organization. This is an entry level full time role. The salary for this role ranges from 3000 AED to 7000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview.

Duties of Administrative Assistant

  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars.
  • Answer and direct phone calls and respond to emails on time.
  • Maintain and update records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in preparing and editing reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Conduct research and gather information for various projects and presentations.
  • Coordinate and book travel arrangements for team members as needed.
  • Prepare and process expense reports and invoices.
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and order new supplies when needed.
  • Assist with any other tasks or projects as assigned by management.

Eligibilty Requirements for Administrative Assistant

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role.

Skills & Abilities Desired

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skill.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Knowledge and interest in Islamic economics and finance is a plus.
